Bryan Turner on the limit of life’s value

Is existence valuable in and of itself? Historically, the medical profession has always aimed at saving life no matter what the cost. Bryan Turner is the Presidential Professor of Sociology at The CUNY Graduate Center and Director of the Mellon Committee for the Study of Religion.
